[Dixonary] Round 3143 SYSSITIA Results
I was faced with a dilemma when Johnny Barrs submitted a def very similar
to the real one, meals eaten together in public, so I combined them. Two people voted for that def. The winner isJudy Madnick, with an unnatural 6 for her trailing purple plant, closely followed by the real winner Paul Keating who got an unnatural 5 - Paul voted for his own def, but I haven't counted that. Nice try, Judy - but Ryan voted for #6 and #11; Paul's was #3. You're still on the hook.

Re: [Dixonary] Round 3143 SYSSITIA Results
I did Saussure an injustice there. He would never have used a Greek word if
there was a French one handy. But I thought no-one but me would notice that. I once embarked on a fresh translation of his *Course in General Linguistics* but abandoned it when I changed careers.
