[Dixonary] KULCHA Progress Updated

Due to an apparent failure of myself and/or my computer, a few
definitions went into the ether. So I am extending the deadline for
submissions to 1:00 p.m. U.S. EDT.

At the moment I have definitions from: Tim Bourne, Keith Hale, Tim
Lodge, Judy Madnick, Shani Naylor, Nancy Shepherdson, Dan Widdis and
Tony Abell.

Of course this could be a sign that I should never deal, but I got tired
of ducking the deal.
