Default [Dixonary] Rnd 2824 SPRUN Results

This was an odd round:

4 people voted for a def they cannot possibly have known and gave me a D4

I found this word (#12)some time ago online, but I cannot remember where
I found it. As I entered it in my list I commented that it came from
"The Dialect of Craven (West Riding) 1828" . Looking the word up this
afternoon - or rather, trying to look the word up I discovered that it
is not a word allowed in any version of Scrabble or Wordfix etc. -- if
you do a search for the book itself then there are several refs to it on
google.

In various ancient flora the word does occur as a name for a corydalis
species (fumitory) but nothing modern

It is an acronym for the Scottish Paediatric Urology Network

Dave Cunningham asked if there was a chutzpah award - well, with #10 he
is the "real winner" so maybe that will do.

Tim Lodge scored 7 and is our next dealer Take it away Tim
