Default [Dixonary] Round 3029 PHALERATE Results

As everyone who submitted a def has voted, I'm able to close the round
early. Three people guessed correctly that PHALERATE means "ornamented,
decorated". One of those, Nancy Shepherdson, is our new dealer with a
total score of 6, including 4 votes for her metal-cladding def. Mike
Shefler and Ryan McGill share the coveted second place with 4 votes apiece.

Over to you, Nancy!
