Farcy is definition #3 on the list, "a disease of horses, etc.) which comes
from Webster's 1828 American Dictionary of the English Language. It received
4 votes. Two players also received 4 votes, Shani Naylor and Mike Shefler,
but Shani's is a natural 4, so she is the next dealer, and Mike the winner.
