[Dixonary] Round 2867 word, ABACULUS
Fellow players,
The word for Round 2867 is from the front of my "words to use" list: ********* ABACULUS ********* where the capitalization means nothing. Please concoct a plausible, hopefully convincing, definition of ABACULUS and send it to emallach -at- verizon -dot- net. (Don't click Reply. That will publish your definition to the entire group.) If you know what ABACULUS means, please tell me the same way. If too many people know it, I'll find another word. The deadline for definitions is a bit under 36 hours from now: 9 pm U.S. EST on Friday, Jan. 26 (which would have been the 113th birthday of Maria von Trapp). According to timeanddate.com <http://timeanddate.com/>, that is: and other times in other places. You might want to confirm your time conversion. That site's good, but nobody's perfect. I expect votes to be due about 48 hours after that, Sunday evening in the eastern U.S. (which would have been the 106th birthday of Jackson Pollock). New players are welcome. (So are old ones who've been quiet for a while. Come back to the fold.) Just send me a definition. Full rules at http://www.dixonary.net/game-rules-and-advice/rules <http://www.dixonary.net/game-rules-and-advice/rules> . Happy defining!
