[Dixonary] Round 2818: PETER-SEE-ME update

Hi all

Sorry about that kerfuffle yesterday - I should have checked out time zones
to see what might have been happening. I was just worried that you weren't
getting the emails and it would have been about 24 hours since you'd heard
anything by the time I went to bed.

With about 12 hours to go to the original deadline, I've received defs from
these players: Mike Shefler, Judy Madnick, Guerri Stevens, Johnny Barrs,
Tim Bourne, Dan Widdis and Keith Hale. There's plenty of time for other
players to submit. If the crop is looking a little thin at 9pm (my time),
I'll go to the next morning - but I'll let you know.
