I have my update option set to "check for updates but let me choose when
to install". Today, I don't remember exactly what I was doing, but a
Tbird message popped up in the midst of it. I mean I wasn't using Tbird
at the time. I have a feeling that I should go back to the "don't notify
me of updates" option. Or perhaps I should make sure I've got the
Internet turned off when I am not using it.


So far it seems that Tbird wants to update itself all too often.
