Joseph,

The letters "NAD" under this "definition," which I put in bold green text below, stand for Not A Definition. Generally, NADs are attempts at humor, in this case making a pun on SIALID and the erectile dysfunction medication Cialis.

Ryan also sent me a real fake definition, privately. It will be in the list I send out Sunday morning. No hints about it here, though!
