[Dixonary] OT: Amazon Order as gift

I want to order a Kindle book as a gift for someone. I think the process
is to enter all the information. Then at the end there is an option to
say "this is a gift", and I get a code that I pass along to the
recipient. Does anyone know?

I want to do this today, but probably not until early afternoon.

Thanks in advance,

Guerri

Re: [Dixonary] OT: Amazon Order as gift

1. Select the Kindle version of your choice of books
2. Open your shopping cart (I think you pick Checkout)
3. Over in the upper right there should be a link (kind of thick
bar-looking thing) that says "Give as a Gift"

Then it is going to ask for the email address of the person who is to
receive the gift. Amazon will email them the link. It also lets you write a
little message to be attached to the gift email.

Works like a charm. I have done it a bunch of times. The recipient gets the
email almost immediately.

Yes. All that was assuming you had logged into Amazon and successfully
