[Dixonary] OT: Thunderbird Woes
I suspect I am going to have to ditch Thunderbird and start over. I open
my inbox and I have several messages. Some have little left-pointing arrows at the left of them. I would like to get those messages out of my inbox and into my Archive Dixonary folder, for example but they won't go. Hmm: taking a closer look. What I see is Inbox, then Drafts (presumably this message I'm writing), then templates, Sent,Archives, Trash,2018,Dixonary. Then I have in bold "local folders, and underneath that are Trash, Outbox, Archive Dixonary, Dixonary, and Family. Something is screwy. ==Guerri -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Dixonary" group. [Dixonary] OT: Thunderbird Woes
I am struggling with my version of Thunderbird. I believe it is 60.4.0
(32 bit) and there is apparently already a version 60.5.0. I thought I could click the "sent" item on the left and see a list of messages that I had sent. I thought they would be in order by date sent. But evidently they are grouped by recipient. Or maybe subject. Possibly I should take a look at the settings. In any event I will try to figure it out. -- Guerri a.k.a "what ever inspired me to update Tbird. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Dixonary" group. Re: [Dixonary] OT: Thunderbird Woes
If you click on the "date" column on bar at the top of the "Sent" list it will sort by date.

Re: [Dixonary] OT: Thunderbird Woes
While I don't have T-bird, in most similar applications, if you click on the heading of any column, it will sort by the content of that column. If you click again, it will reverse the direction of the sort.

[Dixonary] OT: Thunderbird Woes
I don't know whether any of you can help me or not. I am using
Thunderbird. A little while ago, I sent a vote for MODILLION. For some reason, I believe that a message I send appears in the "sent" folder. Now maybe some time elapses between the actual sending and the arrival of the sent message in my "sent" folder, and maybe I am being premature. In case my vote message really didn't arrive, I am voting for 7 and 10. I believe I am either jinxed or am at war with Thunderbird. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Dixonary" group. Guerri,
Your earlier message, timestamped about twenty minutes before this one, arrived in my inbox promptly.
